Video Script:
Back in Episode 22, I started on showing some adult DOOM WADs with a promise to show more. The first ones I did were simple texture swaps and a few add-ons that can go either in the original game levels or in any of these player-made levels. Now we will got through these player-made levels, designed by players for players. Again, these also ended up only being for DOOM 2 instead of the original DOOM.
As before, I found all of these at an archive on doomworld.com. Specifically

Though, this time I’m not going to be the one to say it. But I’ve seen some of these mirrored on other sites. As I mentioned in the last video, I’m using GZDoom and we will be listing them in year of release order.
1995
We start the list with one simply named PAMELA by Henk Gierveld This was based on a non-adult level they created called WRONGKEY, but now with several additions of images of Playboy model and actress Pamela Anderson.
When she was young. “When we were youuuung!”
This level has a lot of backtracking and traps designed in it, where sometimes getting the correct key results in another barrier being brought into play. Also has some original music in the background.
This had some pretty cool level design for primitive modding and some pretty good images and just some good use of primitive mechanics. It’s kind of impressive, even for, ya know, experienced mod people-age like… well I don’t know if I’d consider myself experienced, but I do do a lot of Skyrim modding. So, anyways, just my two cents.
And Pamela looks so young. She looks so sweet and innocent instead of the silicon monstrosity she’s become.
I will definitely agree with you on that one…
Not resting on his laurels, Henk also created the much more ambitious X-RATED WAD. In this level, you are out to save a young woman, but there are a lot of traps and fake-outs. A large busty blonde replaces the CacoDemons and the Imps have been replaced with an image of the tied-up woman. There are also several animated images that are considered secrets. Add in a generic kinda upbeat MIDI soundtrack and it’s a pretty fun little time waster. It came pretty close to being put in my full-conversion list, but not quite.
Gotta go save the princess in the castle.
Henk wasn’t the only one working on multiple levels. Thomas Spaulding created two WADs, one called WOW2MOV1 and another called WOW2PIC1. Both have the same basic layout, as well as the use of Star Wars MIDI that sounds like it was pulled directly from a LucasArts game, but WOW2MOV1 uses generic DOOM2 textures except for final revealed secret, which is a short animated GIF movie. WOW2PIC1 instead replaces almost all of the textures with naked women or porn images to an almost obnoxious degree.
I think you can take out ‘almost’ and put in ‘obnoxious’. It becomes so annoying that it becomes just tit wallpaper. It’s hilarious and it’s not at all titillating or arousing. It’s just weird because there’s close-up shots and it just takes out all context and it almost becomes Dadaist. Dadaist Porn! Ooooh, is there such thing? Now I wanna know. I have to look that up.
As an added bonus though, if you continue playing past the first level, the images are absolutely plastered all over the regular levels to the point of being unable to tell the difference between a wall or a door. Still, kinda fun if you wanna make someone’s eyes bleed.
1996
Much like Fi did with PD3D in the regular game levels, JCrabby69 decided to change a few things around with Henk’s Pamela WAD to create XXX. Most of it is left intact, but the opening screen is changed, as well as some still images placed in before the reveal of the animated ones. Funny enough, I remember a lot of these images from back in the day.
We’ve had quite a few single level WADs, so let’s go with a multi-level WAD by Stephen Huff by the name of SLEAZE01. Named “Deathmatch Warriors in the Land of Giant Women”, the WAD helpfully includes a sightseeing version were you don’t have to fight your way through in order to just see the sights. Which is still pretty difficult because of the sheer amount of doorways, tunnels, keys, and hidden areas. The color images start out with just cheesecake images, then the next level starts in with nudity and then more hardcore as you go on. Finally, the levels start mixing the images as you go on.
I like that! That was a nice touch. That was a good bit of level development.
1997
There are 2 versions of GIRLY by Jim McFarland. The first version is fairly straight forward DOOM levels, until you find the secret library and it’s switches. The second version, GIRLYB, has mostly the same layout, but signs that more work was put into it. including an invisible stairway. The library section has been expanded and a ‘pool’ area was added, but the biggest problem is that the blue key needed to get into those areas are nowhere to be found. And I noclipped through the entire level trying to find it. You can exit the level without finding the adult sections, but it’s obviously not the same experience.
Yeah, that’s called ‘blueballing’ it and that’s not good level design. Everybody needs that little bit of “pop” at the end. Makes it easier find or you’re going to blueball your players.
I always found it funny that it was the blue key that you couldn’t find.
Maybe that was purposeful! He just wanted everybody to be all blueballie.
1999
WHORHOUS by Gul Dahrelel is different in that it replaces MAP18 in the game, making you play the regular game until you get to it. Outside the building is a lot of space, but few monsters. But inside the brothel are several wings with different bedrooms, all with different themes such as Hetero, Lesbian, Gay, and more. As a bit of fun, they added in the standard Nazi guards from Wolfenstein3D to the list of enemies. And don’t get me started with the final bosses.
Deluxe was created by Javier Fernando and Almenara Otaya and Lionheart Corp. It’s a very small level with different traps. You can only see the nude girls with the help of nightvision goggles.
That would be annoying because the nightvision is annoying.
2000
WEBGRRLZ by Stephen Huff of SLEAZE01 declares that you have entered Heaven, but must first remove hellish demons before you can enjoy. Much like SLEAZE01, WEBGRRLZ has a lot of hidden passages and invisible walls. Lots of enemies from the get-go, fortunately, it is more linear feeling and harder to get lost. Much better use of images as well.
That was a pretty good thing.
2007
DeeForce declares to have created The Ultimate Fucking Hardcore Porn DOOM WAD. This is a rather massive level filled with huge female images as well as monsters pouring out of every area. It is very easy to get yourself backed into a corner, so don’t spend too much time looking at the walls.
Mmmm. That’s just a general good bit of advice.
2021
Last of the original Levels is only about 3 years old, designed by Lord Mattus, who declares they’ve made the Ultimate Busty Fucking Hardcore Porno Doom. While it resembles DeeForce’s Ultimate Fucking Hardcore, it has a much different layout and a lot more enemies. You know you’re in trouble when you drain the BFG of energy and only have taken out a third of the enemies on a given room.
I think I’ve read porn like that. Gotta drain that BFG.
With that, we finish the original fan-made adult levels I have found. There are many others available, but I found them too uninteresting, trying too hard to offend that they end up being boring, or poorly made to the point of being unable to get them to work correctly. Next time we visit DOOM, we will look at Total Conversions, that use the DOOM engine, but attempt to create entirely new visuals.
