Refund and Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping. This includes all defective merchandise, wrong sizes, or a mistaken order. You will be refunded as soon as we receive the merchandise. This policy specifically EXCLUDES any and all items from grab bags, mystery boxes, subscription boxes, or any blind-packaged merchandise UNLESS the item(s) are defective.
All messenger bags have a one (1) year limited warranty from date of purchase on all non-owner defects including, but not limited to, snap failure, strap failure, hardware failure, and/or zipper failure. We will replace either the bag, the flap, or both, at no charge, and refund shipping. Proof and date of purchase must be provided to qualify for the warranty.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We use US Postal Service, and can ship in all the methods that the USPS provides, including priority, media mail, and 2nd day delivery.
You will receive a USPS tracking number upon shipment. If you do not receive one, please Contact Us to receive one.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
